Definition of a Strategy
Defining a strategy takes usually several months, depending on the level of complexity of the change that is to be implemented. This is the phase during which the external expert actually takes charge in the role that has to fill (Temporary Management - TM).
Handover
A high-potential resource among the staff has to be identified as the resource is trained by the temporary management during the limited amount of time the TM is involved with the organization. The resource will take charge after the TM‘ s departure.
